This document outlines the payment terms, subscription policies, and refund guidelines for QpiAI Agent Hive.


Subscription Plans

QpiAI Agent Hive offers the following subscription tiers:

Billing Terms

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same calendar day each month
  • Annual subscriptions are billed on the same calendar day each year
  • All subscriptions are billed in advance

Annual Discount

  • Annual subscriptions include approximately 17% discount (equivalent to 2 months free)
  • Discount percentage may vary and is displayed at checkout

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Debit Cards
  • UPI AutoPay
  • Net Banking (select banks)
Note: Card payments provide the most flexibility, including immediate plan upgrades with proration. UPI and bank mandate payments have some limitations on mid-cycle changes.

Plan Changes

Upgrades

Immediate Upgrades (Card Payments Only)

  • When you upgrade your plan using a card payment, the change takes effect immediately
  • You will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle
  • Additional API credits are also prorated and added to your account

Scheduled Upgrades (UPI/Bank Mandate)

  • If you authorized your subscription via UPI or bank mandate, upgrades take effect at your next billing cycle
  • You will continue to use your current plan until the cycle ends
  • No immediate charge occurs; the new plan rate applies at renewal

Monthly to Annual

  • Switching from monthly to annual billing takes effect at your next billing cycle
  • Complete your current month, then annual billing begins
  • Full annual credits (12x monthly) are allocated when annual billing starts

Downgrades

  • Plan downgrades always take effect at your next billing cycle
  • You retain full access to your current plan until the cycle ends
  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time
  • Your new (lower) credit allocation applies at the next cycle

Credit Behavior

  • Monthly subscriptions: Credits reset at each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
  • Annual subscriptions: Full year's credits are allocated upfront upon payment. Credits reset at annual renewal.
  • On upgrade: Additional prorated credits are added (card payments with immediate upgrade only)
  • On downgrade: Current credits are retained until your cycle ends

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No renewal occurs after cancellation
  • No refunds for partial months

Annual Subscriptions

  • Access continues until the end of your annual period
  • No refunds are issued for annual subscriptions
  • You retain access to all features and credits until the year ends

Refund Policy

General Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions: No refunds under any circumstances

Exceptions

Accidental purchases: Contact support within 24 hours of purchase. We may issue a refund at our discretion if:

  • The service has not been used
  • The request is made within 24 hours
  • This is a first-time occurrence

  • Your account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

Failed Payments

Retry Schedule

  • If a recurring payment fails, we will automatically retry according to our payment processor's schedule
  • You will be notified via email of any payment issues

Grace Period

  • During payment retries, your access is not immediately revoked
  • After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled

Reactivation

  • If your subscription is paused due to payment failure, you can reactivate by updating your payment method
  • Upon successful payment, access is restored immediately

Price Changes

Notification

  • We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes
  • Notification will be sent via email to your registered address

Existing Subscriptions

  • Price changes apply at your next renewal after the effective date
  • Annual subscribers are protected until their current term ends

Taxes

India

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)
  • GST invoice available in your billing history

International

  • Prices displayed exclude local taxes
  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location
